In a recent update, we added proprietary text-to-voice functionality that enhances the user experience by ensuring that our users understand and receive the message immediately.

Once a time-sensitive alert is received, a sound will be played that alerts users to an incoming call, powered by our new text-to-voice technology. When answered, the message is read aloud to the user.
Whether the call is answered or not, users can still view the message in its entirety, including any attachments, in the app Inbox.
